恰帕斯：墨西哥的新興投資熱土

雖然仍面臨基礎設施不足、社區協調與環境保護等挑戰，但對注重永續與長期發展的投資者而言，恰帕斯正成為墨西哥投資的新前沿。

Chiapas: Mexico’s Emerging Investment Hotspot

Located in the southernmost part of Mexico, Chiapas is opening its doors to international investors. With fertile land, diverse climates, and abundant resources such as coffee, cacao, and tropical fruits, the state holds strong potential for agribusiness, food processing, and sustainable forestry.

The government is actively promoting investment through incentive programs and public-private partnerships (PPP) to improve infrastructure and attract capital in agriculture, manufacturing, and development projects. International company Regal Springs has already invested more than US$90 million in aquaculture, creating over 1,400 jobs—showcasing the region’s potential.

Despite challenges such as limited infrastructure, community engagement, and environmental safeguards, Chiapas is becoming a new frontier for sustainable, long-term investment in Mexico.
