Step--Opening of Chicago Chinese Times’ Building |

As Southern News
Group enters into its 30th year of service to our community and
to the country,
our Chicago Chinese Times’ building will soon be officially
open. This step marks a new high point in Chinese news media
history in the USA.
Almost two decades ago, my brother
Danny and I came to the windy city of Chicago. Our goal was to
publish a community newspaper for this great U.S. midwestern
city, and to serve the local Chinese readers. Now, many years
later, we are so proud our newspaper has became an important
part of the community .
Southern News Group's diverse
media center today offers print, electronic, broadcast,
cultural, trade and educational program to the community in ten
different cities in all over the country. This new building in
Chicago will be a major new step towards serving our readers
even better in the future.
We are very proud that by building
on the trust we have established with our readers over the
years, we are ensuring Southern News Group's continued vitality
in the years to come. |
